ISO 9001:2015 – C&P Engineering Services Ltd is very pleased to announce that our ISO 9001 certification has been renewed and been approved to be compliant with the requirements of the newly revised standards of ISO 9001:2015.
ISO 9001 is a standard that sets out the requirements for a quality management system. It helps businesses and organisations to be more efficient and improve customer satisfaction. Management system certification standards such as ISO 9001 have been developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) to help an organization better control its processes – to the benefit of customers, stakeholders and the environment. The standards evaluate the quality of an organization’s processes, not the products or services the processes create.
ISO 9001 provides guidance for quality management. This relates to all the tasks an organization undertakes to meet requirements and ensure customer satisfaction –whilst continuously making improvements to the effectiveness of its operations. Major changes to the ISO standards include an increased focus on continuous improvement, placing emphasis on generating value for both the company and its customers. Other areas in the new ISO standards include increased focus on leadership and management commitment.
