Safety Awards – Swansea and West Wales Occupational Safety Group

C&P Engineering Services is celebrating winning two Safety Awards at Swansea and West Wales Occupational Safety Group’s Annual Awards. C&P were recognised for their performance out of over 100 members.

C&P Engineering Services was presented with the ‘Small Company Safety Shield’ for delivering an outstanding operational safety strategy as well as the ‘Safety Certificate’ for safety performance for 2013.

Paul Bunyan, Managing Director commented: “HSQE is at the core of everything we do and we are delighted to have received this honourable award which is a testimony of C&P’s impeccable safety record and recognition of the hard work, dedication and engagement of our employees. Swansea and West Wales Occupational Safety Group are members of Safety Groups UK, affiliated to the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA).

Founded in 1943 Swansea and West Wales Occupational Safety Group is committed to improving occupational Health and Safety in the Swansea and West Wales region. Over one hundred local organizations varying from heavy industry, manufacturing, service sector to local government are members.



C&P Engineering Services named ‘Contractor of The Year’

C&P Engineering Services is named Dow Corning’s 2013 ‘Contractor of the Year’

C&P Engineering Services has been named Dow Corning’s 2013 ‘Contractor of the Year’ as a result of their excellent performance and consistent delivery at the Barry site in South Wales. The Barry site is one of the largest manufacturing sites operated by Dow Corning worldwide and the most technologically advanced chemical manufacturing site of its kind anywhere in the world. C&P Engineering Services has been delivering dedicated E&I Engineering Services at the Barry site for over 10 years.

Ride To The Rugby

Sundeep and PaulC&P Engineering Services is pleased to announce that it is sponsoring Sundeep Bamra from Neath Port Talbot College on his cycling challenge ‘The Ride To The Rugby’ which is a cycle ride covering a distance of over 200 miles from The Millennium Stadium, Cardiff to The Aviva Stadium, Dubin.

The ride will raise money for Shelter Cymru, The People and Homes Charity in Wales. The RBS 6 Nations is not only one of the highlights of the rugby but sporting calendar.Every two years tens of thousands of Welsh supporters make their way to Dublin as Wales take on their Celtic cousins. This year’s Ride To The Rugby challenge is to cycle from The Millennium Stadium, Cardiff arriving at The Aviva Stadium, Dublin in time to take your seat for the game, total cycling distance will be 200 miles.
