CompEx accreditation requires that all persons working in potentially flammable atmospheres renew their qualification every five years to ensure their skills and knowledge are of a standard to allow them to continue to work in such dangerous environments.
Pictured here is Jo McGarty, who you might recall from our recent article, (re-issued for International Women’s Day), in which she shared her heartfelt story; ‘Jo’s Story,’ about how she was determined to attain the CompEx Ex01 – Ex04 qualification, so that she could change her life and that of her children.
With some hard work and determination Jo passed the course, and now five years on, with her CompEx Ex01 – Ex04 certification due to expire, there was no question in her mind as to where she should go to renew that qualification!

Jo is now looking to further her qualifications by taking the CompEx Ex05 – Ex06 Combustible Dust Course with us later in the year, and we very much look forward to welcoming her back then.
