General Role:

Instrument Technicians Required  – We are currently looking for experienced instrument technicians to join us and work within South Wales and across the UK. Required for long-term E&I maintenance contracts and installation projects within large scale COMAH industrial sites.

The Instrumentation Technician’s role is to carry out maintenance routines, diagnosis and fault rectification on a wide variety of plant, instruments & their controls

C&P appoints new director –  High Voltage Engineering Services

C&P Engineering Services is delighted to announce the recent appointment of David Demock as high voltage engineering director.

David brings with him a wealth of knowledge and an aim to utilise his 40 years’ of high voltage engineering experience within the business’ growth strategy. Over the past four years he has been managing the high voltage division of C&P and has been appointed as director to continue to lead and grow the high voltage engineering team to the next level. Welsh and Spanish Nuclear contractors sign MOU

Welsh and Spanish contractors sign MOU agreement to develop collaborative working in the Nuclear industry

C&P Engineering Services were delighted to be part of the signing of the MOU collaboration agreement between the WNF (Wales Nuclear Forum) and CINC (Cluster De La Industria Nuclear De Cantabria) in Spain, supported by Welsh Government.

From the 7th to 9th May Welsh contractors from the WNF and official representatives from Welsh Government visited Santander in Spain to meet with the CINC cluster of Spanish companies. The visit proved to be a great success and as a result synergies have been identified and new relationships created. Contractors within WNF and CINC have agreed to work together through sharing their industry knowledge, technical capability and experience and will be looking to collaborate on projects in order to provide manufacturing and engineering solutions to the UK, Spanish and global Nuclear markets.  Among the group were specialist companies from manufacturing, design, R&D and engineering. Hazards 29 – Europe’s Largest Process Safety Conference

C&P will be exhibiting at Hazards 29, Europe’s largest process safety conference. The conference and exhibition will run between 22nd to 24th May 2019 at The International Convention Centre (ICC) in Birmingham, UK.

Hazards 29 will share good practice, latest developments and lessons learned in process safety, promoting a continuous focus on safer operations, and helping to make good practice common practice. (more…)
